Rest & Restore. The therapeutic "Yoga Nap"...
This 75 min guided practice was curated for those seeking natural healing and awakening. Restorative yoga as its own practice is an excellent means of relaxation and meditation, and it pairs well with other mental health practices. The synergistic effect of a regular psychotherapy and restorative yoga practice can significantly advance one's health and healing journey.
Reach a deep state of relaxation through gentle movement & breath work, soothing restorative yoga forms and movements, and blissful guided meditation. Benefits of this practice are plentiful, including but certainly not limited to body-mind awareness, clarity of thought, and mood regulation.
Within the seemingly still moments of this practice, subtle action taking place within brings the entire being into a cohesive state of release. When we learn to truly relax, we can unravel any lingering knots in our body-mind and release the feelings or sensations that tension has tried to protect us from.
