Sessions & Rates
Invest in Your Wellness

​I believe everyone should have access to quality mental health care, which is why I offer reasonable rates for therapy sessions. I understand that financial circumstances vary, so I also provide a sliding scale payment option for those who qualify.

Self-pay or Cash Rates

I accept self-pay or cash payments. Sessions are $160 and last 50 minutes. I do not currently accept insurance, allowing me to focus solely on your needs without the restrictions of insurance policies.

 

Sliding Scale

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions for clients who need financial flexibility. If you'd like to be considered, you’ll fill out a short form so we can agree on a fair rate together. These spots are reserved for clients attending at least biweekly. I’m happy to talk it through if you have questions.

Bridge Sessions 

For returning clients, I offer a limited number of 30-minute “bridge” sessions. These shorter, focused check-ins are designed to help you stay connected when weekly full sessions aren’t possible — whether due to financial strain or a packed schedule. Think of them as a flexible lifeline during tough stretches.

 

Free Initial Consult

I offer a free 15-minute initial consult if you're unsure if you're ready to commit. I'm here to support you every step of the way.​​
