Grief asks a lot of us. It pulls us into unfamiliar emotional territory, changes our relationship with time, and often leaves us unsure of what we need or how to move through the intensity of it all. For many people, grief is not something that can be “thought through.” It needs a place to be expressed, moved, witnessed, and tended to in ways that feel grounding and gentle.

Experiential activities can help. These practices engage the body, emotions, senses, and imagination so grief has somewhere to go. They offer structure without pressure and allow you to process at your own pace.

I created a free collection of grief-processing activities for anyone who is navigating loss or supporting someone who is hurting. The resource includes simple, meaningful exercises you can do on your own, use in therapy, or share with a loved one who is grieving.

If you would like access to the full set of activities, click here or on the logo below.

You do not have to grieve alone. I hope this resource offers support, connection, and space for everything your heart is carrying.
